CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We fulfill orders pretty quickly, so if you would like to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after your order is placed with the Order Number and the changes you would like.  

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Please contact us with your Order Number as soon as possible in order to make any changes to the shipping address.  If your order has not yet been processed, we still have time to change it. However, if your order has already shipped, it will be going to the original shipping address entered, so please make sure you put the correct address at checkout.

I FORGOT TO ADD MY COUPON CODE TO MY ORDER!

Please contact us with your Order Number and we will make the adjustment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ONCE IT IS SHIPPED?

Domestic orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days, while international orders can take 1-3 weeks, depending on your location.  Please note that once an item leaves our hands there are any number of factors that might affect its travel time, including inclement weather and customs delays.  We therefore cannot make any guarantee that your item will arrive by a specific date. 

WHAT ABOUT TRACKING INFORMATION?

All orders include tracking information.  Once your order has shipped, you can log into your profile to see the tracking updates.

WHERE ARE YOUR CARDS DESIGNED AND PRODUCED?

All of our cards are designed and produced in our Washington-based studio using professional software and printers. 

CAN YOU DESIGN A CUSTOM CARD FOR MY SPECIAL OCCASION?

Sorry, but we are not taking on custom work at this time.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE ONE OF YOUR EXISTING CARDS FOR ME?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to existing cards, including font colors or wording.

CAN YOU INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE INSIDE FOR ME?

If you would like to include a message inside the card, please leave us a note during checkout.  Please also be sure to let us know if the card will be shipping directly to the recipient.
